Where we deliver

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.

We do not currently offer international delivery.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.

During particularly busy periods, launches, sales, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control, dispatch may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery times

Delivery times provided at checkout or in your order confirmation are estimates.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Royal Mail and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

If your order appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at emqaestudio@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate this with Royal Mail.

Orders over £50 qualify for free standard UK delivery.
